Barnham Trojans FC is powered by volunteer managers, coaches, club officials, parents and supporters. Their contribution provides players with opportunities to learn, compete and enjoy football throughout the season.
More than matchdays
Running a grassroots football club involves much more than the action on the pitch.
Behind every team are people arranging fixtures, preparing equipment, communicating with families, maintaining facilities, completing administration and ensuring that players have a safe and positive environment.
Parents and supporters also play an important role. Encouragement from the touchline, help with team activities and respect for players, coaches and officials all contribute to an enjoyable matchday experience.
