How the Booking System Connects

1 Manager books

Managers select a pitch, date and available time through the Barnham booking pages.

2 BTA stores booking

The central BTA system immediately protects that pitch slot from double booking.

3 Calendar syncs

BTA exports the booking to the club Google Calendar through the iCal feed.

4 Committee manages

Administrators use the BTA Overview Calendar for edits, cancellations and availability.
